Get your time back.
I train your team to use AI, then build the automations that save your business hours every week.
You know the problem
Everyone's using AI, but results are inconsistent, sensitive data ends up in tools nobody vetted, and there is no consistency across the team.
Here is where the hours go in most small teams.
- Chasing invoices and quotes by hand
- Copy-pasting between systems that do not talk to each other
- Answering the same customer questions every day
- Updating spreadsheets that should update themselves
- Scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, all done manually
- Searching for information that lives in someone's head
Each of those is an hour your team is not spending on the work that drives growth.
What I do
Start with levelling up your team so they get better results from AI. Then work with me to explore your existing bottlenecks and how to solve them, either as a one-off job or as a temporary hire.
AI Training
Practical AI sessions for your team, built around your business and its challenges. Everyone leaves with an improved understanding of how to get the best out of AI in the context of their day to day roles.
Automation Workflows
Automated workflows that connect the tools you already use. I remove the manual steps between them: quotes, invoicing, data entry, follow-ups, scheduling. Set up once, runs on its own.
Fractional Hire
I work inside your business for a fixed period, typically two to three days a week for six to ten weeks. Find the time sinks, build the systems that fix them, hand over something your team runs without me in the room.
Who I am

Dicky Broadhurst
AI trainer, business builder
I spent seven years running a personalised chocolate company. Two million in revenue, a team that grew to fifteen, seven products I designed myself. It folded in the end, and I came out of it able to build the systems a business runs on... because I had to run all of them myself. Sales, ops, finance, fulfilment, customer service.
Before that I qualified as a chartered surveyor. Hotel valuation and auctions at JLL in London, capital markets in Sydney, then site sourcing for wind farms. A masters in property investment and law along the way, and a psychology degree before it.
Now I teach teams the thing that decade taught me: where AI genuinely saves time, and how to build it into the way a business already works. The examples land because I have done the jobs, not read about them.
How it works
Discovery call and team survey
A call to see where the time goes, then a short survey so I hear it from the team, not only the person who booked me.
Workshop
A hands-on session on your real work. Your people leave with prompts and quick wins they will use that week.
Build the quick wins
The jobs that come up again and again get turned into automations that run on their own.
Support
I stay close while it beds in, and adjust things as the work changes.
Case studies
Your most expensive asset is your team. Right now some of that time goes on data entry and chasing customers who were never going to buy. Here is what that time gets back once it is fixed.
Stretch & Tents, event hire
A stretch tent hire company running on disconnected systems. I connected their hire software, crew scheduling app and accounts so job packs, payment status and enquiries now flow between them without re-keying, and built an interactive tent picker for their website so customers see real layouts before they enquire. Built to run without me in the room.
A second engagement, with LCC Capital, is about to start. Case study to follow.
AI in commercial property
I qualified as a chartered surveyor, so property teams get a specialist version of all this: straight answers, and training built around how a property business actually runs.
