AI training for commercial property teams

AI training for commercial property teams is hands-on coaching that shows surveyors, property managers and agents how to use AI in the jobs they already do. The value is in the translation: property examples, property language, and the red lines the profession has to respect. I run these sessions as a chartered surveyor who spent years in the industry before a decade of building and automating businesses.

    What the training covers

Every session works on your real jobs, not a generic slide deck. The point is that people leave able to do something on Monday that used to eat their afternoon.

    • Lease and document summaries that keep the detail that matters
    • Service charge and arrears comms that no longer start from a blank page
    • Drafting particulars, market reports and landlord updates
    • Research, comparables gathering and sense-checking
    • The repetitive tenant and applicant queries that fill an inbox
    • The compliance and valuation red lines that keep AI on the right side of the line

    Tool-agnostic, on purpose

The training works with whatever your firm runs: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini. If your firm is on Microsoft and IT has locked things down, Copilot is often the one AI tool that has been cleared, so we start with what you are allowed to use rather than what looks best in a demo.

The habits transfer. Learn to brief AI well on one tool and the skill moves with you to the next.

    Training first, then the build

Training is the front door. Once a team sees what AI does with their own work, the repeat jobs stand out on their own. Those are the ones worth turning into automations that run without anyone lifting a finger. That build work is the second offer. It is where the hours come back.

    Who it is for

SME and mid-market commercial property firms, property and asset management first. That side of the business is the most operational and the most document-heavy, which is exactly why AI earns its place there fastest.

    Common questions

What does AI training for commercial property involve?

A hands-on session built around your team's real work: lease summaries, service charge replies, reports, research and the queries that fill an inbox. People leave with property-specific prompts and a short list of quick wins they will use that week.

Do you train on Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT?

Both, and Claude and Gemini too. The training is tool-agnostic. Where IT has cleared only Copilot, we work with Copilot; where you have the others, we use those. Whatever your firm is allowed to use, we build the session around it.

    How long is a session?

Sessions run from a short taster to a half day, set around the size of your team and the work you want to cover. The shape is agreed on the discovery call.

Is our client data safe when the team uses AI?

It depends on the tool and the licence tier. Part of the training is knowing which tools clear IT, how to use them without exposing client or tenant data, and where the profession's red lines sit, valuation liability included.

Do you work in person or remotely?

Both. I am based in Milford on Sea and work across Hampshire and London in person, or remote for teams further afield.
